La formation Fleshgod Apocalypse tourne la page avec le chanteur Tommaso. En effet, le chanteur de la formation italienne a quitté pour des raisons personnelles. Dans un message Facebook, le groupe annonce que c’est le batteur et compositeur principal, Francesco Paoli, qui prendra sa place. Il n’était pas question pour le groupe de laisser un autre individu entrer dans Fleshgod et c’est pratiquement un geste naturel de revoir Francesco au chant :
Since the message of Fleshgod Apocalypse goes beyond music itself, we couldn’t let someone who wasn’t there since the beginning be its spokesman. So the only way to go on was to take a look back at our roots: we decided that Francesco Paoli, our drummer, songwriter, founder and first frontman of the band, was the natural choice for this delicate and also challenging position. Our mastermind has finally taken back his originary role as lead vocalist and guitarist.
Ce que je trouve plate dans cette décision c’est qu’on ne verra plus Paoli derrière de drum. Il était phénoménal.
